Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering(GATE) is basically an examination on the comprehensive understanding of the candidates in various undergraduate subjects in Engineering/Technology/Architecture and post-graduate level subjects in Science. The GATE exam is usually held in the 1-2 weeks of February on Saturday and Sunday. Until 2013 GATE exam was held offline, from 2014 GATE has become completely online. It's good that this examination is held by top colleges as the individuals who are setting the examination paper knows the importance of knowledge and exam because they have also undergone this procedure.
